Writing has always been my passion. As a Communication Professional, I believe that organisations and their brands can be made stronger and more compelling with the power of the pen! Whether this translates to e-mailers, films, radio, events, branding or other mediums, at the heart of it is simple, creative, effective ideas and content.

The art of communicating has been a passion turned to profession. Over the years, I have proven the efficacy of communications in the organisations I have worked for and have delivered complex projects in-line with the organisation's objectives.

I currently work as the Internal Communication Manager for Landmark Group India, where I manage internal communications, employer branding and leadership communications. I am responsible to effectively communicate to the diverse demographic of the organisation that spans more than 21,000 employees working from offices, stores and warehouses in over 150 locations in India. I previously worked with CGI India, one of the largest IT Service Providers in the world.

Having built an Internal Communication function successfully at Landmark Group, I am looking forward to my next challenge  to make a difference. There is plenty for me to learn and there is plenty for me to give, so I look forward to work with an organisation that can provide me the opportunity to grow and excel.
